Die Grobrauerei in HF ist AFAIK seit Jahren nicht mehr ausgelastet.
Wei nicht einmal, welchem Konzern die gerade gehrt.
In den 90er/00er-Jahren wurde Bielefeld grtenteils von da versorgt. (Strate in Detmold hatte noch nicht so viele Sorten, die Bielefelder Brauerei ist mistneu.)
Ist schon wahrscheinlich, dass "Schultenbru Pils 0,0", wie ich in der Hand hatte, aus der Brauerei am Felsenkeller kommt. Die Adresse passt jedenfalls.
