This is a walk established by the Bowral Vietnam Memorial Walk Trust - who else? Obviously the ideal time to do this walk is when the trees are in full blossom - so that would be early spring. We did it in the middle of winter and it was still very pleasant. You could even cycle it if you wanted to do it quickly. Add your own opinion!
