Fantastic views of Pittwater at the end of this walk. Perhaps not for the acrophobic but keep away from the edge and you will be well rewarded. The walk is mostly flat, can be puddly after rain, and there are some slippy gravel sections. But generally regarded as an easy walk. Take a picnic and a camera. The track passes through heathlands of banksia, boronia and grevllea, you may see nectar-loving yellow-faced honeyeaters or the vibrant variegated wren. Walk softly and you may be lucky and catch an echidna scratching in the sand. The track leads to Towlers Bay lookout, with magnificent views up and down Pittwater. Length: 7.2 Km return.
